Hotel Quarantine Delayed?

Anyone hear about this being delayed? (great news of it is, now it needs to be canceled).

I read an article on the Justice Centre (Twitter feed) saying it was delayed due to legal action. In any case if it is moving forward, when do we anticipate it to start? The more time AC can buy, the better.

Sounds like March Break is a key issue in the final decision. I heard that Trudeau indicated he would like to have something in place by them. That said if flight to South destinations are cancelled and the big one is snowbirds to the US and the US put a halt as of Jan 26 requireing test and quarantine etc. Since then 50,000 snowbird cancellations.
