People who took part in these offering are not dummy's and did this on the grounds that they believe in the future of the company - essentially translating to being long. Why would you sell off your share's that gave you a stronger position in your investment and reduced your adjusted cost? Sure, a risk averse investor may become complacent and flip their stock for some quick pocket change but those who are smart will hold until ACB really reaches full potential (legalization, oil sales, facility expansion completion, etc.).
Anyone I know who got in on the PP is adding, not subtracting - hopefully there is some selling as I would like to pick up more cheaper
