RE:RE:Funny how there is a sell offWe don't actually know what the total production cost per gram is for ACB, but we do know that Aphria's all in cost is going to be $1/gram, as per Vic Neufield during his recent BNN interview. So assuming that the large scale production that ACB is creating makes them competitive, which I think it certainly will, then I feel comfortable saying that their cost won't be too far above $1/gram, if not right in line. If they then turn around and sell their bud for an average of $7/gram, for a profit of $6/gram, how the hell is that a paper thin margin???? Never mind the oil revenues which are expected to be around 2.5 times higher than selling dry bud. It takes 10 grams of drybud to make 1 vile of oil and that 1 vile of oil could sell anywhere from $150 to $200. Compare that to the $70 you would earn for 10 grams of dry bud and you now know why the oil license is so important. These companies, the good ones like ACB, APH and others, are going to make a fu**ing killing. If this is what you say you are studying, then based on what you wrote you need to put down the bong and hit the books my friend.
