Why so many shares?

Why so many shares?I've been holding for a while, and while be for quite a while yet. Lot's of faith in ACB, and high hopes for an Alberta deal to come.. 

But I'm just wondering if anyone knows why they issued so many shares? They're (on average) tripling the other big players as far as shares outstanding is concerned.

I understand why there's so little SP movement... it's priced right IMO.. jsut sucks when the other big LPs are posting 5-6% days

(But I own them too tho so it doesn't suck THAT much...)
