I'm no gardner. What makes a purpose built green house so much better, cheaper, efficient when compared to other mass green houses currently used for other products? What are the factors stopping a licensed company from the conversion of other growing facilities currently in use for less profitable greens and quickly ramping up production?
Anyone have access to a CBA of conversion of old vs new build? Currently in Kitchener an old Lear Building is being converted into a greenhouse. Do you think people care if the green house is "purpose" built....of course not.
