Incorrect.  When a company absorbs another company, the company purchased SP go up while the purchasers go down.  Not only do they have to pay 450,000 at $22 but they also got to get the place up and running to Aurora standards.  This cost a lot of money so get ready for some awesome dips and great chances to catch this train while it’s repairing and loading up!
