I don't agree with your numbers.. but that is just me..... every single shareholder of CMED has made a pixx pile of money on account of Brent Zettl.....Brent Zettl put all his own money into building this company,  he got some big investors and built a huge company with major production and 10,000 costomers,  and licences to grow and licences to sell..... 

You want to monday morning quarterback a complex deal that is a basic accuisition of a fantastic company,  and at the same time attack the guy who made you a huge amount of money because he did not make you more........ man... what ingratitude and disrespect......
