Because there is no test means there is no current problem. That is the logic of the opposition and MADD types.
There is a larger concern with cell phones and texting than mj. Should we make owning a cell phone illegal?
The entire focus of this movement was based on the FACT that illegality of MJ doesn't solve any problems. I would think even teh Conservatives would listen to former chief of police on the matter, no? Or are they going to discredit and ignore the opinion of the police as well? Why not?
The longer this goes on and the more friction the conservatives put up the worse they look. How could anyone ever vote for a party that denies the masses their voice. We voted for this, period! I am more concerned that I have a small group of people within my government that have the ability and DESIRE to obstruct democracy then I am with whether mj is rec or not. Thats what the cons turn this into.
