I don't.
A delay as in after July 1 as some point at but before Oct 1 is accounted for. This is known and expected.
If this gets pushed into 2019 it won't be the delay that drops us all it will be the lack of faith in the process to get it approved that will do damage. it would mean the masses opinion doesn't matter.
On the good side the industry has used Canadian rec potential to "arm up" to supply the globe with medical. This will be much much slower than the "explosion" of rec.
I don't see how this gets stopped. A "no" vote or any further delay past say Oct. is a "yes" vote to organized crime and the unregulated untaxed black market.
All concerns about mj are legit, from being bad for kids (not the ill) and expected mothers to the DUI issue but the fact is this all exist whether legal or not. Even a coin counting con would prefer to tax somethng than spend on it when it gets right down to it.
