Yes he got elected. He is a 40 something that was placed to run against a long standing Con government. He ran on his name, mj and refugees. Do you think they are invested in him for a quick bang? I do not. To your point of getting elected. His campaign is on going. This alone got him in and the cash will win him the next round. Provinces govenrments already have the revenues in their budgets. The money is already being spent.
