We all know ACB and other MJ stocks are volatile, but these prices fluctauations are bizarre. Is the SP really being manipulated like some claim?

- Cannacord fiddling with stock ratings and future price outlooks to meet their own goals?

- Charts of different MJ stocks appearing nearly identical throughout the day?
