RE:CRA is watching youStop trying to spread fear and uncertainty on these boards. This subject has been kicked to death....multiple times already. There are no problems trading with a TFSA account. That being said, I would not be "day trading" using my TFSA, as that technically requires significant time and effort, researching and continually monitoring the markets which can therefore be defined as a business and subsequently taxed. However, if you are making a handful of trades per month and do not withdraw those funds from your TFSA account you will be fine.
