RE:RE:Big Twist

RE:RE:Big TwistYou're right it's greedy but 29.44/3.575=8.24. Not a bad average.

Sounds as though you are trying to be a bit greedy here by having both.  Of course, there's nothing wrong with this, but if time only allowed me to have one of these benefits, I know which one I would be choosing.

Just wondering if an investor has time to sell ACB and buy LEAF to get 3.575 shares. Just like the example below:

2000 shares ACB sell at 10.00$ = $20000 then buy LEAF at current share price $27.82 = 719 Shares. Then apply the 3.575 once acquisition takes place which is  2570 Shares.

By doing this you gain 570 shares, and allows you to get 28.5 shares of Australis more and the warrant of 28.5 as well.

Having said all this the only time line I could see is 1 year to purchase warrant but no date as when you need to be a share holder of ACB. You would think lots of money $ would be spent in buying today in order to get this spin out.

Ant thoughts?
