RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:ACB management Owe investors exp/dont buy dilution excuse!!Handy is correct. Maronese is incorrect.  You are mixing up stock price with market cap. 

Imagine a company worth $1billion dollars that had only 1000 shares outstanding.  Each of those shares iwould be worth $1million.

Imagine another company also worth $1billion dollars that had one billion shares outstanding. Each of those individual  shares would be worth a dollar.

 # of shares outstanding X $ per share = market cap.

So....one company can have a lower share price than another even though it may be a more valuable company. Bottom line is you can't talk share price and market cap or total company value as if they are the same thing or interchangeable.  Share price and market cap are related but they are not the same.
