The beaten to death talk of ACB/TGOD

The beaten to death talk of ACB/TGOD With  legalization pending just around the corner and aurora going on the New York Stock Exchange I think the acquisition of TGod  in my opinion would be very poor timing for the company doing the acquiring. ACB sp can’t afford a stock in dilution just before legalization next week IMO ... shareholders would go but and if you think there’s bashers now that would send to stock board to the loony bin !!!  I think this was a strategic decision and move by both companies and agreed-upon A - there waiting to move with each other after legalization and US exposer or B  both companies have another deal up there sleeve obviously.  Either way aurora cannot afford to be cowboy-ish  like they could the first few years  they have a lot more on their plate these days and more accountability.

They have been excellent at strategize since conception and after legalization and the New York Stock Exchange I hope they acquire more companies and  always my hope as an investor is they stay focussed on their direction  and keep doing what they’re doing, I have thought about selling all of my shares with the thought of panic and scepticism etc... reloading again and ride out with 2x the amount of shares I have now....

Which ever way we look at it and whatever types of perspectives there are on the stock board I do believe the reasons for the deal not going through between both companies was agreed-upon and strategic and for a great reason that we will find out over the next few weeks.  Just my first coffee morning thoughts ....
