RE:RE:Rock Star Energy DrinkCam flaunting the can and using the "rockstar" term over and over was a total douche move. Fun while their stock is free falling??? Not cool.
The problem with ACB managment is that they have completely failed to communicate the value of the purchases they have made. They cannot show value for CMED or LEAF, they paid a premium for these, why? A year later and they were still tanks on their last fins.
When you start stacking these premiums up before you can show the vlaue of the previous deal you are compounding dilution. I would guess that 30% of our float is unproven "premium".
Booth lied when he stated that these assets would cost 10x in the future. Not one is even profitable, let alone justify a premium. Speaking of Booth there is a reason we have not recieved anywhere near the cap respect as Tilray, Cronos or Canopy. Have you heard Booth speak. Do you think he speaks differently infront of potential investors? I wrote a cuss laced email to their investor relations after Booths Vegas performance. Guess what, they didn't respond back. Thats what happens when you talk like a drunk trucker. Yet Cam makes excuse for "the Albertan businessman"??
Booth gets the same reaction as my email got. Ignored, laughed at and dismissed. He is a deal deterant. Who would want to deal with that? Every sinlge "preferred partner" has sold the ever loving guts out of us. Thats how much they believe in Booth's "strategy".
