RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:ACB Positive EBITDA BY Q3!!

Being vague in a market that already has distrust for you isn't a good play at any table. They go from that to the overt Starbucks embarrassment. Be consistant if anything.

I hope they are over but something tells me that they are committed to this path. 300 million isn't gonna go a long way in the US of A. We still have to digest a few of these deals.

The "head start" excuse is out dated at this point. Cam can't boast about being the largest producer and then say "oh CGC had a head start". Either you are in the ring ot you aren't. Terry and Cam claim to wanna be champs. Well step up!

Who is in control now? I think the shorties are enjoying themselves. That cost was going to occur no matter what. WEED got protection. It cost. We did not and it still costs. This is still an arms race and we are running with no cover.

So we are our own poison pill? Hahaha. Maybe. The number of shares doesn't matter imo. It is the value of them. Back to my point with WEED. We are valued a fraction. 20 billion is 20 billion and 8 is 8. If their share growth matched their value growth nobody would say sh!t. We have doubled shares and stayed stagnant with price at best. The other heavy weight has made progress. This weakens our ability to compete.

I understand there is a team involved. When Terry first spoke on CNN he submarined us. They then hired Cam. Cam was great until Terry started talking again. The team has an ego issue. the rest either don't care or are too weak to say anything. He has yet to speak and aid our situation. He talks as we drop, usually with authority. Alot of those consultants are the same firms that backed the BD's and debenture deals. The same firms that loan share out to short. The only ones for a long time with shares to do so.

They can't afford to sleep or miss steps. In a race the start is the most important part. We are stumbling. The federal US situation is a mess at best but a clear HEMP strategy would be nice. Can we import? That would be nice to know.

Appeciate the response, thanks to you as well.

However I can’t help but think that there is a reason for the Vaugness... like the way a good poker player keeps his cards close to his chest. There are definitely some things going on behind the scenes, supply deals or a JV maybe, and they are chooosing their words very carefully. I understand your point on devaluing their “currency” with the dilution... but I’m confident that the dilutive maneuvers are over now... and we’re necessary to stomp out the global footprint we have. Yes we rival Canopy in many ways, maybe in every way... but canopy had a significant head start on us also... I believe in due time we will catch up and surpass them.

None of us us really know for sure, and we all just speculate here for the most part. But There is no doubt that we are positioned to control an enormous portion of world wide cannabis related transactions, and we’ve done this without sacrificing any control of our company... which affords is the ability to be patient and wait for the right deal, rather than rush in and take whatever comes first. We can also stave off a takeover attempt more effectively simply because we have such a large share float, making it more difficult for a hostile buyer to accumulate a majority stake. I believe the strategy was designed to keep control of the company through the coming takeover storm, which is just now beginning to brew. And let’s be clear, Terry is not solely developing the strategy here, nor is Glen or Cam... they have a team of expert consultants advising them.

I’m bullish on ACB’s future prospects. I see Aurora as more of a sleeping giant, waiting for US federal legalization before seriously entertaining a partnership agreement, likely with a US megapharma corporation who already has significant infrastructure and market access in the states, with licenses and all that good stuff in place.

As alwasy, just opinion. But based on substantial DD.

Good convo here though... Thanks for sharing!

LONG AURORA!!
