Why does he spend more time on the Aurora board rather than his home Canopy board? He's nervous about his short position so he feels he has to do his bit to dissuade investors from bidding up the price by creating endless doubt. He should worry about a beverage company like Constellation Brands becoming unsatisfied with their multi billion dollar investment in Canopy if beverage sales don't materialize to more then 1 - 3% of total cannabis retail sales as some have speculated. That is the average among US states with experience in selling cannabis infused beverages.
