I'm sure Cam would love to announce a huge successful partnership deal with all the terms in Aurora's favor but we must take into account that there is also another party involved in negotiations and their senior management and BOD must also sign on before an agreement can be finalized. For many of these potential partners expanding into cannabis products would be something totally new for them so it is understandable if they want to take time to make sure they are making the right choice. If the US legalized MJ on a federal level it would certainly speed these deals along.
