RE:RE:Aphria/Aurora Merger Talks Still Going OnHomestretch... young are not a smart nor logical person. If debt was a sticking point. They wouldn't have started negotiations to begin with. Its not that much debt. When you subtract their cash on hand minus their debt, it's only C$360M debt. Normal for such a large company and so much growth potential in a new growing sector. Articles I read said only exec compensation and board members was an ego hiccup and negotiations will resume. They wanted Aphria CEO which Aurora is good with. Notice why our CEO stepped down :) and the good will write down. Cleaning the books and upper management to get ready for the merger :). And Peltz out because we won't need that loser after the merger!
