RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Aphria/Aurora Merger Talks Still Going On

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Aphria/Aurora Merger Talks Still Going OnBullseye. Without a partner Aurora will be bankrupt by August 2021 when they can no longer facilitate their debt. The problem is nobody's going to come in and rescue this Trainwreck. The vultures will keep circling and wait to pick up any decent assets at fire-sale prices.

While I doubt there is anything to this manufactured rumor at all, the answer will depend on the valuation ascribed to the ACB assets at the time of buyout. There are a number of people who think ACB has no value at all; assets worth less than liabilities. Question: if you think somebody is going to buy ACB, where do you think they are going to get the money to take on their debt as well as pay out shareholders? If they merge with ACB, all you are doing is trading ACB stock for NEW stock. Like I said, nobody will want to buy ACB. If they want their assets - buy them cheap out of bankruptcy.
