RE:Forbes Article: Pfizer Bets on Medical Cannabis $6.7BThe big problem is still the disgusting stance that the US has on this plant as a class one highly dangerous drug.There is no doubt that cannabis has many incredible health uses and benefits.I am dealing with stage 4 cancer and the only pain relief I can get is from top grade high THC weed.I have been on 5 different opiods with terrible side effects.My doctor of course asks if I use cannabis but can not recommend it due to a lack of studies.Instead he proposes huge amounts of highly toxic chemical drugs.Cannabis has been used medicinally for thousands of years.You do need all of the natural compounds to be effective unfortunately ACB and the drug companies are sythesizing individual compounds and attempting to patent them.This is not cannabis this is just going to be another pharma toxic mistake.
