P&G going to make a bid for this boat. Pelz getting out of the way to ensure no one starts spewing insider influence...etc....making money on shareholders losing.....no one wants another Aphria LaTAM.... fear the offers not going to please a lot of people.

Wrong! Pelz cant fix this overleveraged dumposter fire and doesn't want to be part of it anymore. None of his BIG contacts want anything to do with ACB, so time to move on. The story about his departure is painted in a different light.
