It's going to go belly up, sears handed out the big bonuses and then bankrupt !

I think the OPs statement has a good chance of being true. Id be embarrassed if I was part of the management team. I night even have a hard time taking the increase in salary(note the word "might) Though, if things keep trending the way they have its only a matter of time before they have no salary.

All sears had to do was digitize their catalog...put it online...they were amazon before amazon was amazon....fools missed the boat

Complacency is a disease and the fat pigs at the helm of Sears were too busy making out with the staff in their work hours, zero accountability and weak corporate governance ACB still has a chance once the new ceo and governance board outs Michael singer and all the lazy baboons, time for non performers to be sent back
