I wonder why after reverse split ACB needs to raise money. The most corrupt incompetent company I've ever seen. Overpaid for Cannimed hundreds of millions, paid UFC 30 million to break deal, sold of Alcanna losing millions, sold facilities ten cents in dollars and oh ya Terry Booth and scum executives Stephen Dobler, Cam Battley, Michael Singer paid themselves millions as they dragged investors through the mud losing all of us millions. This is right up there with Bernie Madoff
Hopefully this goes bankrupt and Terry and Co are sent to jail
