I don't get it!

A uptick after a top of the list nr for destruction of shareholders investment.

Must be a whole bunch of contrarians out there.

I had some dry powder and considered ACB but put it elsewhere.

Thank God I did.  I already ate the consolidation for Canopy.

It is gonna take a lot of pot company failures for Canadian potpreneurs to have a viable playing field for financial success, despite the calibre that these companies once were.

Even the US MSOs are on a rollercoaster ride because their politicians are screwing these bills around for ulterior motives despite what the voters want.

I am surprised that US investors aren't lining up for Canadian companies.  I guess they want them for collateral settlements.  It seems like that is what is going on with Canopy that it will wind up in the hands of the receivors and screw the Canopy shareholders and Acreage shareholders out of their shares because the marketmakers are ruthless and controlling the upside with shortsales.

Securities are starting to look hard at shortselling, especially naked shortselling and if you don't know what those manipulative practices are and their effect of converting ownership to the guys with the deepest pockets, then you need to quit investing all-together.

I was raised by principaled adults that taught me that selling something you don't own is no different than theft.

The fact that brokers and bankers can do this and fix it by replacing the shares of the rightfull shareholders at a profitable "taste" of investors who suffer from the downward pressure caused by shortselling activity.

Shortselling kills companies of good potential for short term gain of wealthier players for quick profits who lend the rightfull shareholders shares, without consent of those rightfull owners.  They even charge interest on those that borrow to partake and finders fees that tend to escape the rightfull owners of those shares.

Just one more creative investment vehicle that Securities watchdogs are aware of but unwilling to deal with!  Job security, maybe!

News moves the market. While some pondered the consolidation most looked at the cannabis News out of Florida. When buying pressure is high the price increases therefore we seen an uptick. Personally I'm happy for all ACB shareholders. If some of the recent developments materialize into action then concerns over consolidation may evaporate Jmho
