RE:ACQ Announcement

RE:ACQ AnnouncementThis seems a little incoherent... They need to issue shares to fund apparently unlimited growth potential and they buy back their own stock at the same time??? They also pay half their profits in dividends and then turn around and borrow money??? I have never seen a company applying such a strategy doing well over the long term...This is not good!!!
