RE:Survey Question

RE:Survey Question Less than zero - Mr King has stated the company (stock) has never been rewarded as a high yeild /high payout ratio monthy distributor of funds. He has stated several times now that AD is currently targeting a long term target of a 60% payout ratio. They pocket some small interest gains over monthly distribution while gaining more financial flexibility.

I am in favor of this approach - WE SHOULD ALL care more about the stock price than the yield as we all make more money. I would rather have a stock at 25 bucks with a 3-4% yield. with that yield growing.

He is trying to expand the company multiple by changing direction from the past - which never really got rated properly.
