The Trust offers a range of services, which include services, healthcare services, industrial services, professional services, information technology services, and construction-related services. The Company’s investments are made through a wholly owned Canadian corporation, Alaris Equity Partners Inc., and its American investments are made through, Alaris Equity Partners USA Inc. (Alaris USA) and Salaris USA Royalty Inc. (Salaris USA). The Trust also has a wholly owned subsidiary in the Netherlands, Alaris Cooperatief U.A. (Alaris Cooperatief).

Their portfolio has NEVER BEEN HEALTHIER.. the market is failing to see this. Record deployment of capital last year and the yield sits at what - 7.4% currently.. once the market wakes up to the sustainablility of the distribution the stock price will grow into the yield - so let's say it settles out at a 5.5% distribution yield, that would be $24 (assuming they don't raise the dividend further.. which they likely will gradually in the next year or two)
