Volatility

Not sure why this continues to fall, debating at adding another position, thoughts out there.

IMO - has been some volatility post ex-divended date in late Sept. Certainly still a good add here, could be trending up to $20 by year-end plus the significant yield

Their portfolio has NEVER BEEN HEALTHIER.. the market is failing to see this. Record deployment of capital last year and the yield sits at what - 7.4% currently.. once the market wakes up to the sustainablility of the distribution the stock price will grow into the yield - so let's say it settles out at a 5.5% distribution yield, that would be  $24 (assuming they don't raise the ...more

The stock price was as high as $23.10 as recent as Feb 2020 (pre Covid crash - which was significantly overblown and turned out to be a phenomenal time to buy)

As AD.un is a trust unit distribution not a dividend the tax differences will generally make it such that people will want around a 2% higher yield to be comparable to a dividend stock. So if AD is compared to a 5% yield stock it will trade at 7% yield. Given there are a lot of good 5% yield blue chip stocks right now I don't expect AD will get to less than 7% yield.
