Should I be concerned that Alaris Equity Partners stock has now dropped below its 200 DMA on heavy volume. Fundamentally would you rate it as a buy, sell, or hold?

Technical moves can bring out more sellers sometimes, but with  small cap stocks perhaps less so. Investors were disappointed with results, but with a good dividend and a very low valuation we would consider it a HOLD. (5iResearch)
