A higher share price or a share issuance are the most probable ways to increase float. 

Example of higher share price:

10M share float x $2.78 = 27.8M worth of float 

10M share float x $15 = 150M worth of float  


A higher share price is how I see your problem being solved.  $15 price target by yearend with growth staying flat. A higher share price if growth continues to accelerate past 100% on the top line (probable).
