Share dilution is not always a bad thing. It is just a short term blip for a company that can achieve high returns on equity.

With no debt and 6.1M in cash on the balance sheet, why would there be dilution? (this is rhetorical) Management owns 82% of the company. It's in their best interest to not dilute shareholders (themselves) unless for advantageous purposes. Some purposes to do an offering (after spending their cash balance): - acquire marketing agencies to increase customer base - buy add-on products to sell

I agree dilution is not necessary and would also be somewhat of an instance of management shooting themselves (their stake in the company) in the foot. Seems to me that a split would be more in line with their interests. Is there a minimum share price that needs to be achieved to be listed on the TSX?
