Hey kids...

Financing @ $1.33.   Looks like that Billion dollar market cap fantasy is gonna be on the back burner for a while.  I am sure the financiers are thrilled. Maybe Omri needs to step up his game and start talking about being a 2 Billion dollar company. Insanity rules the day!

Hey Maggs, I noticed you on the Ackroo message board.  What makes you ok with the fact that Ackroo has been diluting shareholders for years now with their acquisition strategy? Why are you disappointed with Adcore raising  3.1 million units when they only held 59,308,397 shares as of March 31st 2021? They've diluted shareholders by only 5.2%. What's the big deal. If you have a ...more

You seem be fairly rational and a very decent person but... It is interesting that you say you know what my problem is... FYI, the share dilution was to support Amphy and it looks like you have a problem with that.  That would be incorrect. I have no problem at all with the business, dilution or how they use their money. What happens in the business at this point is not even relevant ...more

Maggs, it's emotional investors like you that are torching the share price. We are all dissapointed in where it is currently, trust me. Problem is, this microcap stock us 100% retail investors at the moment; 0 institutional. So when people get emotional and then run for the door, or plan to exit as soon as they break even (like your last paragraph implied), then Adcore will go nowhere.

To say the least...I am pretty sure most investors don't give a rats *ss what I have to say. I cannot effect the stock price. Today the stock price got hammered before I even said one word.  The CEO is the one who can effect the stock price. And he did and he will continue to do that!  I would direct any complaints into his inbox. You could start by asking him about the concerns I ...more

you misunderstood what I said. I didn't imply what you said had any effect, what I meant is that investors with the same emotional mentality as you are what's going to keep it down. Especially the "I want to break even and run" thought process. Imagine if everyone who is in the red currently thought like that. The resistance to go higher would be astronomical.

If and when the tide turns here, no one will care about any of this negative talk. It will all be positive and no one will want to sell because "it's going to the moon". I am the very rare person that could care less about the money but want to be invested with someone who I can trust. The float here is very small and sellers would be overwhelmed with buyers. At what point that might ...more

Maggs, I agree, it comes off as a little weird to say the least. Talking about a billion dollar valuation seems like a Pipe dream right now. Regarding the performance though, the market can be very irrational. Good or even great fundamentals don't immediately equate to share appreciation. It would be much too easy if it did.. In this case, we've had 2 fantastic ERs since February and ...more

And for what it's worth, I also ha have my reservations about diluting the stock to fund Amphy.. After the conference call where Omri stated specifically that he wouldn't dilute without a very good reason; I thought the only valid reason would be a merger or acquisition. I was wrong. I watched a 110% return to to -7% in the span of 6 months.. you aren't the only one hurting.

I personally prefer companies that invest organically into their own ideas than to simply purchase another company at outrageous multiples. It can often times be cheaper to do it this way.  Companies that rely on acquisition to grow their business can be hiding something about their true organic growth. Investors may be duped into buying a company that is showing revenue growth but the true ...more

Very valid point. Although I don't like the steak example. I don't approve of anyone putting ketchup on their steak, regardless of how poorly cooked it is, haha!

What has kept me optimistic that things will hopefully turn around is (1) knowing that Omri has 400x more shares than I do. So unless he's a masochist, one would hope he knows what he's doing.. and (2) the company performance. Excluding the dilution, I can't think of one aspect that hasn't changed for the better for this company since Q1 2021.
