He owns between 65-70% of outstanding shares. I don't know the exact details regarding taking the company private but I don't think he can single handedly vote it to go private at the share price he wants; I doubt he can force any other shareholder to fork over their shares at a massive loss. Someone asked this question 2 weeks ago and no one gave an answer. I looked it up but the details aren't clear.
