FINALLY !

I had posted on Nov/04 that " chart " could be down to $.50 . The price came to me today $.51 and I am accumalating at this level if someone want out .

You got lucky. Charts don't dictate prices; macro economic tailwinds do. You should thank your lucky stars that inflation fears, wars, downturn in disposable income, etc have allowed you to accumulate at such a rock bottom price. Meanwhile, I'm sure many are deep in the red and don't need to read an "I told you so" post.

LOL....50 cents is gonna look expensive soon! It's what they call a bottomless pit! I've been sitting here watching and this stock has no bottom and the company won't even NCIB it. Even the company does not want to buy it...Well done Omri! They should add a class to their teaching academy on "How not to run a public company". Omri would be perfect for that!

I don't think your post is going to age well at all. Time will tell, but here's why I think you are wrong. The company is cash flow positive, has over 12 million dollars in the treasury, is in a growing industry, has elite/premier partnerships with Microsoft and Google, has an extremely invested/skin-in-the-game CEO (67% insider ownership, most of which is Omri Brill), grew revenues 153 ...more

It would be great if I am wrong. The only problem with that is the stock is in a death spiral for multiple reasons. I'm not gonna rehash the huge mistakes Omri has made. All shareholders care about is their ROI. The company performance seems fine. Their stock is on life support and getting worse everyday. That is on Omri and is 100% his fault.  No one cares about anything else. ROI is ...more

And yet here you are. Piece of advice: If the company is so bad sell. No need to go down with the ship. You'd have to be an idiot to belief that Omri is apathetic to the company's performance. Perhaps you are. It's a free country. Omri owns 40 908 239 shares, 180 000 options, and 126 480 warrants. Not quite the formula for making one indifferent. You're so transparent. Good luck ...more

Owning this many shares is also a risk and this was highlighted in the annual information form. So yea, it has its pros and cons. This is still basically a one-man show with Omri holding the bulk of the decision-making authority. You have to understand that many investors are angry; it's not easy seeing a stock you purchased at over $1 trade at 47cents. Even the lead underwriter at the most ...more

Look Shill... In my post...I clearly said the companies performance seems fine. I am not bashing the company but I am bashing Omri for his decisions which by the way have destroyed his credibility. If your company is doing really well but investors are selling your stock and don't want to buy your stock then the CEO is too blame. It's pretty simple even for someone like you to ...more

36.5% is not parabolic. Most people invested in this hot garbage need 100-200% just to break even. That's alot of resistance on the way up

" 50 cents is gona .................................." . Could be , time will tell ? Don't guess me wrong " I feel for people bought in top and watching share price in diarrhoea - I have been there before and STILL " . Sentiment of ADCO is very BAD now ( time to buy )- I will double down again if it down to $.40.

Yea. Everyone thought 70cents was the bottom. Then 60, 50, 40 and now 30. Just more sellers losing hope and willing to exit at any price. At every price, there's always a possibility one can lose 100%. If mgt would listen to shareholders and make a few changes, sentiment can start to change in their favor.
