RE:Nov 2016 - NAV $11 to $14 per shareMakes me sick. They clearly over paid for those deals and had no clue how to run that business they are trying to sell. Melman is a crook...should have known not to ignore that tax conviction.

Think about this, if the sale doesnt go through they will have to enter creditor protection....I dont know of any situation where a company goes into creditor protection that ends up having any equity value left over.
