Acasta sold Stellwagen back to Stellwagen management for about $100,000,000 less than what Acasta paid for it just one year prior.

How was this any different from Stellwagen management simply stealing more than $100 million of Acasta shareholder cash?
- where did the $100,000,000 difference go ?
