RE:ResultsDidn’t expect 200M writedown, thought maybe 100...
They drastically overpaid, not good.
Net income from that segment was 20M, excluding the writedown, EBITDA 44M. Not bad.
it might rebound, or market might wait to see some good plans and execution, for a change.
bringing down debt will help the stock in the long term.
