Dividends

Dividendswill be discussed and set at the Q2 meeting in early August. We should be six weeks into Q3 by then and if the production numbers and the price of oil continue at the current pace there will be no problem with the dividend. I expect the Q3 dividend to double over the Q2 dividend and cashflow to more than double. I believe netbacks were $20 per bbl for receipts of $61 per bbl of production in Q1. At the current prices netbacks should almost triple to $60 per bbl plus production should be up 15 to 20 % with the current drill program.
