Dividends.

To date AEM dividends due in 3 of my accounts have not shown as being credited to the accounts. These dividends were apparently supposed to have been paid on June 15th. Anyone else have this problem? Do you suppose that by being on the DRIP plan would have jiggered things up thus causing this delay? Comments appreciated.

I hold AEM shares in several accounts at TD and Scotia and all dividends were received last week by June 16. My shares are all held on the CDN side and in CDN accounts both registered and unregistered. I don't participate in the DRIP, however I'd be surprised if that's the delay. Perhaps your shares are held on the US side? That shouldn't delay it but could possibly. I've been

We were paid cash on Time directly  as posted with TDWBDI ( No Dripping involved )...Could be your DRIP plan with your Broker on the open market buys OR  with AEM directly from their Treasury shares IF they have a investor Plan.  JMO   Regards, TimeBuilder

  Depending on how your DRIPing may affect your timelines, also your platform. DRIP shares through the company or your platform can affect dates, I know when I receive shares from special dividends Scotiabank is usually a day or 2 for them to appear compared to other platforms, I would expect DRIPing would be similar in that it takes the platform time to process received shares into your

I called my broker and found out that the reason for the delay in paying the dividend shares is that AEM offers a 5% discount for dividend reinvestment. As a result, there is a longer than normal delay in completing the transaction than if it was a cash payment. Note:  I also saw that discrepancy because I hold AEM in my margin account and that was paid on June 15, hence the motivation to

Received the dividends under the DRIP last night in all three of my accounts.
