Stockhouse says the dividend is up by 14% to .40 ie 40%

Stockhouse says the dividend is up by 14% to .40 ie 40%I will take that any day.
from
https://www.stockwatch.com/News/Item/Z-C!AEM-3211698/C/AEM
"Quarterly dividend increased by 14% - A quarterly dividend of $0.40 per
share has been declared (previous quarterly dividend was $0.35)"

But do the newly entered KL shares from way back of the merger
and holding on to them to be converted to AEM shares, get that dividend.

I think the ex divident day was November 30.

Since the merger wasn't approved till early Feb 2022 and most KL shares
pre merger weren't converted to AEM till then or officially on Feb
8th/9th. Australia was dragging its feet agreeing to it.
