How is DRIP price set?

Anyone know how the share price is determined for DRIP shares? In past, I seem to recall receiving shares at a price below the market over the dividend payout period.

Someplace on the Company website it should tell you the details of the DRIP program... I believe the company DRIP programs in the past had better deals, but most now are usually like 5% below the prior 10 day average weighted price or something along that lines...
