The La Encantada Silver Mine is an underground mine located in the northern Mexico State of Coahuila, 708 km northeast of Torreon. La Encantada has 4,076 ha of mineral concessions and surface land ownership of 1,343 ha.

It's far less than 1%, I believe the UN printed an excess death percentage of 0.13% overall and I would say there's a good chance that 70% plus of that figure was caused by goverment/health
