RE:Q4 musingswith silver averaging $25,, how much free cash do you think they are adding each month?
I understand that this will vary according to how much drilling and other (optional) things they do but is it 10 million,, 12 million,,, 15 million every month ... just curious.. thnks
I feel that even if silver does nothing but average $25 for the next few years... shorts covering (is an eventual $600,000,000USD cash injection into the SP) along with new money looking for security and potential profits, along with dividends and increasing cash will drive up the First Majestic Share Price.
downside risks include, lose of the tax dispute, silver and gold failing support and going to new lows, and/or equity markets tanking.
i just dont see the markets tanking... Honestly I am concerned that it will tank and drag down everything including silver and gold.... What I am seeing is that they are going to continue to print new money and debase thier currency... that has and will continue to drive Silver and Gold along with other commodoties and Real Estate higher. ( I would include Bitcoin but i feel it is far too speculative for me to understand,,, and I am a silver miner investor)
For certain the world is in uncharted waters... government debt and debasement of currencies to fund insolvent governments are big problems that are being swept under the carpet. One of the real effects of unlimited printing of money is the increase in price of Real Assets and Commodoties... like we are now seeing in Real Estate... why is Real estate rising while we have record unemplyment and record debt, records broken in every catagory... becuase it is a hard asset.. similar to Gold and Silver..
I do see the possibility of $35.00 silver this year.. when that starts to happen,, even a tiny number of people deciding to invest in Physical gold and silver can drive the prices very quickly....with no real upper limit, as it a balance against how much money is created.. as long as they are willing to print money "unlimited", then gold and silver also have an unlimited potential future value.
