M1 & M2 reports

M1 & M2 reportsYes the Federal Reserve has dicontinued issuing the weekly reports on M1 & M2 to only putting out a monthly report. Is the Fed Reserve hiding something? They sure are. They don't want the message to get out that the money supply is skyrocketing. The Fed Reserve is beginning to turn into a big controlling agency and trying to suggest to the public that inflation is under control.

What is beginning to emerge is that there is a supply issue occurring in commodities and these demands are creating supply inflation as the costs of commodities - gasoline, food, lumber, etc are going up in price. There is a lot of manipulation going on by government to control supply inflation. So you are going to see alot of volitality in these stock prices. Unfortunately this includes silver and gold pricing as well.

As well, Bond yields are continuing to increase. If money supply is continuing to skyrocketing, guess what, they need to sell more bonds to pay the monthly debt that is occurring. It's easier for the government to sell bonds to the public and foreign countries when the economy is doing well therefore we are going to see continued manipulation - fudging the data. I believe the debt encompasses 60% of the US GDP. The debt is huge and and if the debt can't be serviced by the government then the current monetary structure will begin to break down.

I'm not sure how all this is going to play out but there is no doubt we are heading for a market correction and it might get very ugly.
