The La Encantada Silver Mine is an underground mine located in the northern Mexico State of Coahuila, 708 km northeast of Torreon. La Encantada has 4,076 ha of mineral concessions and surface land ownership of 1,343 ha.

Not sure if you read the articles well, probably not.
The news releases quoted: "Total capital expenditures in the first quarter were $45.1 million, primarily consisting of $14.5 million at San Dimas, $14.3 million at Santa Elena (including $6.7 million towards the Ermitao project), $2.7 million at La Encantada, $12.6 million for strategic projects and $0.9 million at non-producing properties"

So they didn't spend $42M on Hermitano, they spend $6.7M on Hermitano, it also stated that Hermitano is expected to deliver in 2022, which is the lasted delay as it was 2020, then became 2021 Q1, then 2021 Q2 and now 2022, so let's hope for 2023, KN isn't  fast mover only a slick talker
