true price of silver if you are a buyer

We all know that sovereign bullion coins are carrying anywhere from a $10 to $14 premium above the COMEX manipulated spot price. So, out of curiosity I poked around to see what the price of raw, unadulterated, unfabricated silver was. Even the 100kg bars are selling for a 15% premium. Does anyone still believe that the price of silver reflected in the COMEX spot price is accurate? If so, you probably believe the government statistics on inflation and that covid originated in a wet market in China!!
