Per TD Securities Oct 18, 2021...based on 6 Cdn Firms, including AGF :

Average 2021 EV/ EBITDA  =   8.1 ;            AGF = 4.0

Average 2021 EV/ AUM     =     2.3 ;           AGF = 1.2

Offer should be cash or shares.
