At that price it is an option exercise.  It also solidifies more percentage ownership with the Goldring family who never sell and don't need to with their current wealth and the quarterly dividends they pull in. But at some point a bank will make an offer they truly can't refuse and as time goes by, that offer gets closer to today.  GLTA
